about

'Songs from the Mere' is the accompanying EP to the reissue of Wolcensmen's debut album, 'Songs from the Fyrgen'. It is available as a standalone release in digital format only, with 'The Greene Wall' being exclusive to Bandcamp. The physical release (CD) is packaged with the CD and vinyl editions of the 'Songs from the Fyrgen' reissue, through Indie Recordings.

These songs were recorded in July 2018. Please note that 'Man of Iron' is a Bathory cover and thus given as a free bonus track. It can also be downloaded for free, independently of the EP. It is not intended that Wolcensmen make any profit from the works of the mighty Quorthon.

Bandcamp purchase includes all 5 songs + cover art + specially-designed digital lyric and credits sheet with liner notes.
